Charter Statement for North America Futsal Referee Association (NAFRA)

Founded by Ron Leedy II & James Mayes in 2023, the NAFRA Charter Statement serves as our guiding principles to ensure that the development and empowerment of Futsal referees remain at the forefront of our efforts.
